Our Clients

Infobahn is part of the winning team of a recent multi year award to modernize the Probation & Pretrial Services (PPS) Client Case Management System at AOUSC. Infobahn as part of the development of the new client case management system - PACTS 360, is supporting the team in design, development and testing services. These services encompass Data Architecture & Legacy Data Migration expertise, Dev Ops Engineering, Power Apps Development, Automation Testing and Business Domain expertise.

Infobahn has supported the Revenue Return Program (RRP), which is IRS’s flagship fraud analytics and revenue protection program. We have helped in the development of a new Conceptual Architecture and aligned it with modernized Universal Data Hub framework.

Infobahn has played a key role in the Enterprise Data Strategy Team for the development of unstructured data ingestion in the Universal Data Hub including Near Real Time streaming of unstructured data using Kafka. We have also led the analysis of IRS’s legacy Data Warehouse and

developed a use case-based approach for transitioning it to a modern platform. We also play a lead role in the development of a Solution Concept for Taxpayer 360 using API Data Services.

Infobahn Solutions has helped Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) FEPOC in developing and successfully implementing the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) built on the Hadoop stack - Cloudera Data Hub (CDH) as the Analytics platform of choice for the organization. The Enterprise Data Platform with 6 plus TB of data was deployed to production within a year of Agile development. The platform was then supported in production for over a year during which it was stabilized, the Hadoop cluster expanded, and considerable new functionality added quarterly via an established yearly roadmap. Its front- end Reporting application that consumes the data from EDP is used by 35 Plans across the country and has 800 plus active users. The success of the platform led to it being the platform of choice for all major data analytics projects across the organization.

Infobahn provided support in Big Data Architecture, Big Data Modeling & Design, Implementation, Deployment and adoption within BCBS. Infobahn also led the Agile project delivery of multiple projects on the Enterprise Data Platform, some of these projects included near real time streaming and log collection using Flume, Kafka. Some of the other technologies used on the project included Spark, HIVE, Impala, Kudu, Sqoop, Spark Streaming and MicroStrategy.

Infobahn has played an instrumental role on the CMS CPC+ Data Feedback and Analysis project whose objective is to provide transparency around the healthcare being delivered by health care practices and transform the way they deliver integrated primary care. Infobahn provides critical services that have helped with the go-live of the project and ensured the system is optimized

to scale to hundreds of practice users using the system. Infobahn provides support on the Data Warehouse data architecture, design, development and optimization effort including MicroStrategy Design and Architecture.

USP is in the process of procuring a case management system to streamline its existing business processes and sunset legacy systems. As new Business Architecture and Processes are being modeled and defined, Infobahn is driving the Data Strategy for the Case Management System and has also conducted assessments on the current state data architecture of the ten plus business systems in scope for retirement and made recommendations on Enterprise Data Management best practices with a focus on Data Modeling, Data Migration and Conversion, Governance, API Strategy, Data Quality and Reporting. Infobahn is a trusted partner to USP, and its work at USP has ensured that USP has a roadmap of the necessary processes and controls needed for a strong data foundation prior to the implementation of the case management system.

The Big Data RoadMap project is responsible for the Enterprise Big Data Platform within USPTO. Infobahn has supported the Enterprise Architecture Division of the USPTO on the Big Data Roadmap Phase 2 (BDR) project and provided support in Big Data Architecture and Data Model design optimal for Hadoop/No SQL.
